Erin Whitehead serves as vice president of Regulatory and Major Accounts at NIPSCO, responsible for overseeing NIPSCO’s Regulatory proceedings in front of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, as well as leading the Major Accounts group which serves the top 2,000 customers at NIPSCO.  She assumed her current role in June 2020.

Erin joined NiSource in October 2011 in the Corporate Tax Department.  From there, she moved into the NIPSCO Public Affairs group, and then becoming Director of Regulatory Policy in August 2016.  Prior to joining NIPSCO, Erin worked at Duke Energy in the Corporate Tax Department. She began her career in 1999 with a Public Accounting firm in Indianapolis.

Erin earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Indianapolis, graduating Summa cum laude.

Erin is based in NIPSCO’s Indianapolis office.
