RATE ADJUSTMENT
Pursuant to Cause No.41338, approved by Order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on August 11, 1999, changes in the cost of purchased gas, the cost of contractual gas storage and storage transportation, and the net cost of gas injected into and withdrawn from storage may be passed through to customers on specified tariff rates as set forth in this Appendix A by means of a rate adjustment (tracking) factor. Pursuant to Cause No. 42927, approved by Order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on January 31, 2006, a surcharge with the purpose of funding a low income energy assistance program may be included in this rate adjustment. Effective for all bills rendered during the November 2009 billing month, the Gas Cost Adjustment shall be as follows:
